If you're very quiet, you'll see them between the trees or sometimes just on the road. With their long legs and sweet ears, they'll look at you. They're big and fast. They have a strong sense of smell and hearing, but limited vision. We'll search in various locations, and who knows, we might also see a fox, a badger, a squirrel, a reindeer, a lynx, or maybe even a bear. There's plenty to see and do in the forests of Ragunda.
Meet the king of the forest
We'll meet our guide, who will take you out in his car. He knows the best spots and roads for moose viewing. We'll head deep into the forest, away from civilization. The guide will give a thorough explanation of how we interact with the animals and nature, always with respect. We'll be looking for animal tracks. Make sure you have your camera ready, because before you know it, the animals will be back in the forest. This beautiful safari lasts approximately 3 hours.
