\/>\nHammarstrand has one of Europe&#8217;s most unique origins. Born from a 1796 natural disaster caused by a fatal engineering error, the village was built on the fertile bed of a suddenly drained lake. Today, it is a sporting hub famous for its world-class luge track and the &#8220;Elephant Mountain&#8221; ski slopes. Het huisje voldoet aan alle eisen van\/voor de verwende vakantieganger. Bovendien ligt het in een hele mooie, zeer rustige omgeving, met wijdse uitzichten alle kanten op. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen, waar je altijd terecht kunt met allerlei vragen over bijzondere  uitstapjes in de omgeving. Verrassend voor ons waren de bijzondere luchten en het totaal ontbreken van verkeers geluiden. De natuur speelt hier de hoofdrol! Sinds kort beschikt het huisje over een omheining zodat kinderen en honden zich veilig kunnen bewegen. Zeer aan te raden voor Midden Zweden bezoekers. Het huisje bij Sonja en Fred was tip top in orde. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Bovendien hebben zij ons veel tips gegeven waar de bijzonderheden te zien waren. Het was ons eerste bezoek aan Zweden, dus gingen we er blanco in. Mede door hun kennis van de omgeving hebben we veel gezien. Zijn onder de indruk weer naar huis gegaan. Nogmaals dank en tot ziens. ti-review-content\"><!-- R-CONTENT -->Als er meer als 5 sterren gegeven konden worden, dan hadden we ze gegeven want villa Ragunda verdiend ze. Het is een typische Zweedse stuga die aan alle verwachtingen voldoet. Een comfortabel huis met alles erop en eraan en in de winter houdt de houtkachel de stuga heerlijk warm. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in villa Ragunda en genoten van de omgeving. Wij zijn enorme natuurliefhebbers dus elke dag wandelen met de honden, die overigens ook meer als welkom in de stuga zijn. Er zijn meerdere wandelroutes vanuit het huisje te doen, met verschillende afstanden. De verhuurders zijn enorme lieve schatten: altijd in voor een gezellig praatje en altijd bereidt om mee te denken of om mee te helpen. Ze konden ons ook goed informeren over welke activiteiten er zijn waarbij het allerbelangrijkste is dat de belevenis die weer mee terug naar huis gaat een blijvende, fijne en mooie herinnering wordt. We hebben ook nog eens samen een heerlijke BBQ gedaan midden in de winter, in de sneeuw en in het donker. Hoe bijzonder was dat!  Sneeuw, ijs en vuur: de elementen die het wel een unieke belevenis maakt! het geeft helemaal een Scandinavisch wintergevoel. Ook hebben we het geluk gehad om een aantal avonden het mooie Noorderlicht boven \u2018ons\u2019 huisje te hebben gezien, wat helemaal een magisch gezicht was. De elanden met jongen en de ree\u00ebn lopen hier voor het huisje langs en eten de appeltjes van de bomen in de tuin. Wat we heel fijn vinden is de rust, de ruimte, de stilte en het \u2018onthaasten\u2019. Alles gaat hier een tandje langzamer als we gewend waren en dat bevalt meer als goed. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig, er is veel te doen, zowel in de winter als in de zomer. Maar ook als je niks wilt doen en lekker wilt luieren is dit de perfecte plek daarvoor. Heerlijk bij de stuga in het zonnetje zitten is niet echt verkeerd. Voor het dagelijkse gemak zijn de supermarkten op loopafstand. En als je geen zin hebt om te koken dan is de pizzeria er of kun je een warme dagmaaltijd in het dorp nuttigen. Kortom Villa Ragunda is een echte aanrader, voor iedereen! En als je eenmaal hier geweest bent, is er een grote kans dat je nog eens terug wilt komen. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een goed ingerichte keuken, sanitair, twee slaapkamers en een knusse woonkamer. Vanuit het huisje en de tuin zijn de letters hammarstrand te zien. Twee supermarkten zijn dichtbij. Toch zit je vrij en weids in de natuur. Hier kom je tot rust. Van de eigenaren krijg je desgewenst informatie van wat je allemaal kan doen. De verf van het huisje was net droog. Huisje is van binnen helemaal nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht en ook vanaf de woonkamer kijk je op de letters hammarstrand. Er zijn 2 supermarkten heel dichtbij. Het huisje ligt aan de rand van het centrum maar het voelt alsof je in de vrije natuur bent. De hertjes lopen langs de voordeur. Ook de eigenaars, man en zijn vrouw van middelbare leeftijd, zijn erg vriendelijk en in voor een praatje of een dolletje. Verder kun je hier mooie wandelingen maken en goed en goedkoop eten in het nabijgelegen Bispgarden. Indien gewenst krijg je van de eigenaren alle informatie betreffende je voorkeuren van zowel activiteiten als alle andere zaken. Erg behulpzame mensen. Dicht bij de natuur maar toch ook  dichtbij faciliteiten. Fjne verhuurders die met je meedenken en je een onvergetelijke tijd laten beleven in een prachtig stukje van Zweden. Echt een aanrader!
